FAQs

What will I get with my purchase and how can I customize the design?

When you purchase a template, you’ll unlock access to the DubDesigner platform, where all your templates are stored and ready to customize - anytime, as many times as you like.

What's the difference between the Personal and Commercial Licence?

A Personal Licence allows you to use OnlyCodez designs for your own business only. This means:

→ You can access and customize the design directly via your DubDesigner account.

→ You’re allowed to use it on one Dubsado brand or business account - your own.

→ You cannot use it for a client, even if you’re setting up their Dubsado for them.

→ You cannot share, distribute, or resell the design or any modified version of it.

If you’re only using DubDesigner for your own business and Dubsado account, the Personal Licence is
for you.

A Commercial Licence gives you permission to use the design as part of the service you provide to your clients. This includes:

→ Using the design in unlimited Dubsado accounts, including your clients’ accounts.

→ Customizing the design for others as part of your paid services (e.g. Dubsado builds, client onboarding setups, etc.

→ Storing and duplicating modified versions for use across multiple client accounts.

→ White-label use is not yet supported, but this will be offered soon.

If you’re a Dubsado Specialist or OBM/VA offering client setups, the Commercial Licence is for you.

How can I use a specific font?

Simply type the name of the font in the font-family field in the template. Even if you are using a custom font that you have imported into your Dubsado account, merely writing the name in the field in Dubdesigner will automatically apply the font to your design. Please note that if you are using a specific font you have purchased, you will not be able to see it in the "live preview" section in Dubdesigner.

Do I need programming knowledge?

No programming skills are required! Our templates are designed for easy customization using our intuitive DubDesigner platform, allowing you to adjust fonts, text, colors, images, and more.

Are the designs compatible with Dubsado 3.0?

Yes! All our designs are fully compatible with Dubsado 3.0. They've been thoroughly tested and verified to ensure they work seamlessly with the latest version.

Why do I need a URL for pictures and videos?

To protect your data privacy, we don’t allow direct image or videos uploads. Instead, you’ll need to provide a URL for your assets. You can easily generate an image URL by uploading your photos to platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, or Imgur and copying the shareable link.

What if I want to add an extra feature to a specific design?

We’re always open to feedback and new ideas! Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll consider to upgrade it.

Do I own the final code design?

Yes, you own the final code outright. Once you’ve generated and customized your template, the generated code it’s entirely yours to keep, modify, and reuse forever..

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
