What will I get with my purchase and how can I customise the design?

When you purchase a template, you'll receive a .txt file with all the template code inside. Simply head to our "DubDesigner" page, paste the code from the template you’ve chosen, and start customising! Once you're happy with your design, copy the generated code and paste it directly into your Dubsado HTML block.

Do I need programming knowledge?

No programming skills are required! Our templates are designed for easy customisation using our intuitive tool "DubDesigner", allowing you to adjust text, colours, images, and more.

Why do I need a URL for pictures?

To protect your data privacy, we don’t allow direct image uploads. Instead, you’ll need to provide a URL for your pictures. You can easily generate an image URL by uploading your photos to platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, or Imgur and copying the shareable link.

What happens if I use a specific font in my Dubsado?

Your generated design will automatically inherit the fonts you’ve set in Dubsado. This means that while the live preview from our tool will not show your specific fonts, the final design in your Dubsado will seamlessly match your inherit fonts.

What if I want to add an extra feature to a specific design?

We’re always open to feedback and new ideas! Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll consider to upgrade it.

Can I get support if I have installation issues?

Do I own the final code design?

Yes, you own the final code outright. Once you’ve generated and customised your template, the generated code it’s entirely yours to keep, modify, and reuse forever without restrictions or extra fees.
